Mission Statement

Gregg Turk Foundation’s mission is to educate and advocate for sound stock market investing through patience, discipline and the ability to control one’s emotions.  A great first step is knowing when we buy shares of a stock, we are buying a piece of a business.  It is critical to understand that stocks aren't what most people think.  They aren't pieces of paper that trade, symbols and numbers flashing on a screen, or squiggles on a chart. Stocks represent fractional interests in businesses.  Investors taking the perspective of business owners have a significant advantage, especially in times of extreme market fluctuations.

Absorbing simple lessons as above, from legendary investors may be all that is necessary to reap satisfactory rewards. Compounding wealth intelligently benefits not only investor’s lives but the lives of many others.  It's a moral duty that ultimately serves all of society.
